Phase 2 - Planning
Community will design actual pavilion.
During the clean-up phase, Reimagine Mendota will already begin planning and fundraising for a community space. This will allow the project to keep moving and building can begin right after phase 1 is complete. Community members will be asked to help with planning and raising funds.
